A very warm and personalised welcome at reception by each staff member we met. Giulia was so helpful and gave great advice on trips to the castles and other sights. Great location, a few minutes walk from the rail and bus station. Great facilities, excellent breakfast choices with something for all tastes. Even a chocolate fountain and strawberries! The room was perfect for our family of 4, with separate toilet and shower room, and private balcony overlooking the street. We will definitely be back to this hotel and for longer.

We've stayed for 2 nights and I can say it was the perfect choice. In the center of Fussen, we had a 4th level corner room, so we had perfect view over the castle and to the mountains; we reserved a parcking space so we had no problem on that issue. Room was bright clean, nice hospitality package and the breakfast was varied, with hot and cold options, good varieties of bread and rolls, but also fruit and....the chocolate fountain. Well, that made our mornings delightful because it was the attraction for the children, along with the strawberries and pancakes, and that made the atmosphere very cheerful. The breakfast staff was incredibly patient with a very large number of children of all nationalities (we happened to be in a period with many children staying "the children's congress staying at the hotel" :))

The hotel is very central - close to the train station, old city centre and all amenities. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and clean. The bathroom was well sized, and it comprised of both a shower and a bath. Also, the hotel let us park.our rental bicycles in the garage for free. Breakfast was heavenly. There was a wide variety of food, starting from smoked salmon, a chocolate fountain, a wide selection of fruits, cheeses, bread and yoghurt; and ending with different fruit juices and prosecco.

Location couldn't be beat. Train station is just down the street and right around the corner from all the shops, pubs, and bakeries. All reception staff were helpful, friendly, accommodating, and professional. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and there was a wide selection for every appetite. The restaurant had a good menu (dinner) and our meals were delicious. The room was comfortable with a large amount of storage in the wardrobe. I also enjoyed nightly soaks in the deep bathtub. I appreciated the toilet being separate from the rest of the bathroom.

The room was nice sized, with a separate room for the stool so lots of functionality. We stayed in a lower cost room so had a shared balcony, which was still private enough. Parking was available onsite, in the garage under the hotel. This property is right in the middle of everything, location could not have been better for walking the city. Breakfast was very robust, complete with chocolate strawberry fountain! There is a small fitness center but I did not need to use it. Overall, the 2nd best hotel we had during our trip where we stayed in 8 different cities.

The location was amazing. The hotel was situated near the old town and the train station. The food was great, and the staff were very friendly and professional. The room was overlooking the street, but was quite soundproof when the windows were closed, unless there was music playing. I loved the huge tub, the shower, and the radio in the bathroom. As a bonus, the toilet was in a separate room. There was also a small fridge in the room.

The hotel is perfectly situated and the rooms are clean with comfortable beds. The staff was very friendly at the front desk and could speak almost every language, which impressed me. The breakfast was outstanding. We reserved a parking spot and it was available, which was a nice convenience.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. The young lady at the front desk when we checked was a delight to talk to, and she was quite surprised to know that German is offered/taught in schools in the U.S. The food was also very good! A chocolate fountain at breakfast?!!

Location was really great in the centre of Fussen close to all tourist attractions. Room was great, very nice breakfast, kind staff. We was lucky to have upgrade of our room free of charge.
